Description:
In total 60 km new railroad line and three new railway stations (main station Stuttgart, railway station airport/exposition and new suburban railway station in the new Rosensteinhood) will provide that the railway hub Stuttgart will become more efficient. The main station Stuttgart will be redesigned from a dead-end station into a through station.
The construction works are separated into six design identification sections (PFA 1.1 to 1.6). The main line will be guided, as recently, through the circular valley of the provincial capital. All access lines to the new subterranean through station will be constructed as tunnel.
