Company STI Ltd. Krompachy was established in 1991 as a commercial and construction unit.

Since 1991 STI had been trading raw materials, consumer goods and construction materials.

In 1997 STI started to be involved in several drifting and concrete works within tunnels and galleries for big contractors of the Slovak and Czech construction market.

In 2002 for legislative and practical reasons the STI 's associates bought BTI Ltd. Prague - another construction company which purpose is to deal with business activities in Czech Republic. It was renamed DPS CZ Ltd. Prague and is working on the Czech market as a contractor for drifting and constructing works for different big constractors in construction sector.

In 2005 company widens its field of activity and starts with the construction works for the railway.

STI keeps working on civil, industrial and ecological projects as well as on reconstructions of various sites.

Thanks to active and responsible employees, creative and reliable managers, this company has reached the 4th. position in the segment of tunnel construction and gallery drifting on the Slovak market.

Since 2006 the company has established to foreign markets.
