The successful integration of our people in teams working on demanding and challenging projects is a proof of our professionalism and a strong guarantee for future developments. Both companies possess necessary small technical equipment such as low power class loaders and excavators, trucks equipped with loading cranes, and transfer vehicles. High power class loaders and excavators, as well as specialized drilling machines are rent according to the needs.
In 1993 the company realized its first more extensive construction project: The shopping center Centrum Krompachy.
In 1997 STI started to be involved in several drifting and concrete works within tunnels and galleries for big contractors of the Slovak and Czech construction market such as Doprastav joint-stock company Bratislava.
In 2002 for legislative and practical reasons the STI´s associates bought BTI Ltd. Prague – another construction company which purpose is to deal with business activities in Czech Republic. It was renamed DPS CZ Ltd. Prague and is working on the Czech market as a contractor for drifting and constructing works for large construction companies such a Metrostav joint-stock company Prague and Doprastav Bohemia joint-stock company Prague.
In 2005 company widens its field of activity and starts with construction works for the railway.
STI keeps working on civil, industrial and ecological projects as well as on reconstructions of various sites.
Thanks to active and responsible employees, creative and reliable managers, this company has reached the 4th position in the segment of tunnel construction and gallery drifting on the Slovak market.
